Halle Berry entered court to ask the judge to prohibit her ex Gabriel Aubry from having any contact with their daughter Nahla. She wants this until his child endangerment charges are resolved.

The LAPD and the L.A. County Dept. of Children’s and Family services are conducting a criminal and child endangerment investigation after Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny while she was holding his daughter Nahla. The nanny said Gabriel was yelling at her and even called her racial slur.
The nanny, Alliance Kamden also told police that Gabriel would often yell and curse at her in front of Nahla. She also said it got so bad that he would yell at Nahla and make her go sit in the corner of his condo and wait until he called for her. Kamden also said that Gabriel would often yell at Nahla which made her to cry. She also said that in one incident his daughter had a rash and he refused to treat it.
