Jenni Rivera’s estranged husband Esteban Loaiza will be returning to baseball. The retired MLB pitcher had taken some time off after injuring his shoulder two years ago. Loaiza also wanted to retire to be able to spend more time with his wife Jenni Rivera and her children, who he cared for as his own.
But now after the singers tragic death Loaiza is re-focusing on the sport and is and practicing almost every day to be able return to baseball.
Loaiza will not be returning to the MLB but will be return to the Mexican league of the Diablo Rojos (Red Devils).
The couple had been estranged since October after Rivera had filed for divorce from Loaiza Jenni Rivera Divorcing!
but a judge failed to grant the divorce because Loaiza failed to respond to Rivera’s filing.
Many speculations and rumors had surfaced following the divorce Jenni Rivera Divorce Rumors Answered! with one of them being that Loaiza had been stealing money from Rivera. Our sources diminished those rumors.
Loaiza who’s pitched for teams such as the New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, Toronto Blue Jays and the Texas Rangers estimated net worth is listed at $40 million while Jenni’s net worth is estimated at $300 million.
After his wife’s tragic death on December 9, 2012 Loazia said ”I’m going to remember her with all my heart. I loved her so much and STILL love her….I’m going to remember her for many reasons, but most of all for her smile, her love, the stories and motivation behind her songs, her fans, her family.”
