How To Make A Vitamin Packed Carrot Moisturizer For Healthy Skin

Carrots contain a lot of vitamins and they work wonders for your skin. It will make your skin look healthy. Carrots will make your skin feel energized and youthful.

½ carrot, unpeeled and chopped
1 teaspoon plain yogurt
½ teaspoon olive oil

Boil the carrot in 1 cup of water for 5 minutes, drain, and mash. Allow to cool. Stir in the yogurt and oil.

Apply this to your face every morning and evening after cleansing.
