The sudden death of singer, actor and model Quentin Elias took many by surprise!
His death left many of his friends and fans feeling confused. Many were shocked to hear that the star had died from the result of a massive heart attack. Circumstances that may have caused the heart attack currently remain unknown.
After the news spread, the rumors started and some speculated that the entire thing could be a hoax or a publicity stunt.
Unfortunately, the stars death was confirmed by a member of his team who made the following statement “Tomorrow a statement will be made on the announcement of the passing of “Quentin Elias” this is a very sad time for his family and fans around the world. Please be patient for the official press release as it will be posted here tomorrow. – MGMT”
Earlier today his family stated “Quentin Elias passed away at his home in New York on February 25th, 2014. The family would like to thank everyone for supporting Quentin’s career as he truly loved to perform for his loving fans.”
Michael Stokes who had previously photographed Quentin stated that Elias was aware of his heart problems. Stokes wrote “It makes me very sad to announce that one of my models, Quentin Elias was found dead in his NY apartment yesterday. He was found on his couch, apparently died of a massive heart attack. Yesterday I started getting messages and phone calls asking me to verify if it were true but I had no idea. I confirmed it last night. Q knew he had an issue with his heart. He once told me he would not live to be old, so when people started asking me if it were true, I told them, “I don’t know,” – but I did know. R.I.P. Quentin”
Even though many were shocked to hear of Quentin’s passing, I honestly believe Quentin might have sensed his death as three days prior to his passing Quentin posted a photo depicting himself as an angel with wings.
Four months earlier Quentin uploaded a video to his Youtube Channel “Why Did You Leave Me Now,” which questions why someone passed.
Elias career took France by storm in the 1990s as he was a frontman of the French pop group Alliage. At one point the group had six singles on the French Top 5. The group had various collaborations including Ace of Base. After leaving the group as a solo artist Elias moved to New York City and released various solo singles touring in various circuits in the U.S. and Europe.
He appeared on various French and American reality TV shows including performing on MTV’s, My Super Sweet 16.
Throughout Quentin’s approximate 15+ year entertainment career one of his highlights was opening for Madonna. Quentin told RedAlertLive’s Ro Ro Hunty during a April 2013 interview stating. “A big moment was when I opened for MADONNA at the Roxy. That was a big one. Other than that I have had so many highlights. Every moment of my career is a highlight.”

UPDATE: Many rumors and have been circulating that Quentin passed from steroid and drug use. One of Quentin’s close friends told me that Quentin was not a drug user and that he was not using steroids. Our source also revealed that Quentin “was born with a heart abnormality,” and “if he would of been using drugs or steroids he would have died many years ago.”
Our source continued “people who did not know anything about Quentin are saying bullish*t about him…. They judge him, by his career and the way he looks and form their own lies and opinions. Have some respect! Many of us are still coping with the loss of a loved one.”
“Thank you RAL for telling the truth and not writing lies or crap about Quentin, I know he would have appreciated you guys for that.” said our source.
